While pulling our camper through Oklahoma this week, my truck gave out on me. On a Friday afternoon, the service department jumped on it, diagnosed the problem, and had the part overnighted for an early Saturday morning repair. They were genuinely concerned about my family and ensured that we found a place to stay overnight. They provided us with a loaner vehicle as well. I am so thankful for the level of expertise and customer service we experienced. I can't say enough good things about this dealer.

My wife and I went in to have our Edge serviced and was just looking around and Lisa came out and talked to us about the Explorer we were looking at. We took a test drive and went back to her office. It turned out we know a lot of the same people. We spent at much time talking about friends as we did dealing on the car. Just one of the reasons we like to trade locally.
