These guys are great. Colby Ruth is a great salesman. He listens to your needs, is knowledgeable of the inventory and personable throughout the buying process. I have to say we are lucky to have such a great Ford dealership right in our own backyard in Okmulgee. Mr. Harlan was a pleasure to meet and even better to do business with. Shawn in finance was also easy to work with on the financing. It's great not being high pressure and past off onto multiple people. We'll definitely go back when the time comes.
I never thought I would give a car lot or salesman 5 stars, but a 5 star review is totally deserved. This is the first time I have ever bought a car that zero tricks were played. What I was told is exactly the deal I was given. NO typical sleazy car lot games/hidden fees!!! Colby Ruth went above and beyond to make this an amazing experience. Absolutely recommend our salesmen Colby Ruth 110%. He went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I BOTH we able to trade our vehicles in on new Ford's. Colby came in on his day off to insure we were taken care of. Our finance man there was amazing as well, insuring we got the best deal. Colby you definitely live up to your roots sir! Make your grandpa proud :)
Love my new car! This Dealership was very professional and didn't play games like most of the other dealerships. We pulled in on a Friday evening (late) Our Jeep was having transmission problems again! They were very fair in what they paid for my trade and got us into a new car in lightning fast time with a super interest rate and payment! we drove home that night with our new car and the next morning they detailed it out and filled it up with gas. I highly recommend this Dealership!
Yesterday the power steering in our 1996 F250 diesel went out as we were pulling our trailer down to Lumberton, Texas. We were worried we couldn't get it fixed on Memorial Day Weekend. Fortunately, the service department at Harlan Ford found the part we needed and fixed our problem quickly at a very reasonable price. I hope everyone has such good results.
