I had an older car that I could not stand. I needed a newer cast fast and it had to be affordable, before the bad weather was upon us. After going through numerous options with Rufus, and was able to take home a car that fit my needs and was within my budget. The car I bought doesn't do well during cold months. It over heats and recently the alternator went out. I've put 3 new batteries in the car in the 2 years I've owned it. It's always had issues and Always will. These guys sell you junk.

I want to thank John Higgins Aka Superman for making my car purchase easy and enjoyable- I was quiet nervous but never felt pressure or demanding to do this or that. The rest of those at Hare Chevrolet was polite and helpful as well. Including Michael Higgins who made paper signing enjoyable lol. Thanks guys. And thanks for the cookies
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had...the dalesman done his job by trying to sell but the PMT was not in my budget so he calls me twice 2 days later trying to work it. Finally got it to where I wanted to be and talked me into coming in with my down PMT and everything else just to have it pulled out from under me at the last minute even tho we had a verbal agreement but I guess that don't mean poo anymore, must be a bad sales manager authorizing the sales man to make a deal before it had been serviced. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP -ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A WOMAN!! THEY SOLD ME AN OVER PRICED LEMON AND SAID/PROMISED THINGS THEY NEVER INTENDED TO KEEP JUST TO GET THAT SALE. PLUS AFTER "ATTEMPTING" TO FIX THIS LEMON AND IT DYING ON ME AGAIN THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING MORE THEY COULD DO. I SENT SEVERAL EMAILS TO COURTNEY AND MONICA... NO REPLIES. 2nd time around with Hare Chevrolet . Had one unresolved issue with first vehicle purchase but gave them a 2nd chance because we really liked our salesman Chris Parket.This time buying a 2014 Traverse . Had to wait on delivery because of a recall repair . Was promised that Chevrolet would make my first payment for my inconvenience . This did not happen and just got " disconnected while on hold waiting for an explanation" . This is my 4th call without results . Really disappointing .
