I was really impressed with Hare at first. The customer service was great, they seemed very eager to get me financed, and the after care package of cookies were delicious! My car was not brand new, it was a 2010 but my salesman assured me it was a great car and had been serviced recently and new tires were put on it and nothing was found to be wrong with it. I've had the car for almost 3 months now....took it 4 an oil change and was told not only could they not rotate my tires because all the lug nuts had swollen and would h... read more

We visited the service center and had a great experience with Bill Prater. Quick and reasonably priced. That being said, we had a horrible experience purchasing a car a few years ago. The salesman was cocky and condescending. I wouldn't purchase here again, but the service center was great.
