I generally tend to do just about all of the maintenance/repair work on my vehicle myself and to be honest I usually dread taking my car to a dealer for service. This review is for the service department. After purchasing our vehicle a safety issue arose that was covered by our warranty. We notified them and they said they would order the part and call us when it arrives. They called so we drove the hour there only to find it was the wrong part. They again said they would call when it arrived. After a week I called and was told the part was in. Drive back up and had it installed. You suck
Fantastic! Just got the car done. Luckily the fuel line just came off and needed to be reattached. I have to give a big thanks to Hare Chevrolet for getting my the car fixed ASAP. I've used Hare for service before and they've always done fantastic work for me. Ask for John Pence. He'll take care of you. 3/15/18 - Purchased another great car from Hare Chevrolet and Darrell Lee. Darrell is awesome to work with!
