Experience while buying a car was decent enough. Obviously everyone there treats you like you matter. After the fact was a night mare. We were told they would fill our gas up for free by our salesman, could come back and get the car detailed for free, and that our first four oil changes would be free. This place fails me EVERY time I come here. I came in to have warranties parts replaced and was sent on my way after dropping the car off for the day on a Saturday, thinking everything was good to go like I was told my car broke down right outside of Columbus. I lost 12 hours of driving time to Alabama for thanksgiving all because the folks in service have the WORST communication. Columbus dealership took great care of me.
