I really enjoyed the atmosphere in the waiting area for the service center. The guys are really nice when you drop off your vehicle. I was a bit frustrated when I made an appointment and and still had to wait for 2 hours but Jennifer Moore was able to help get the problem taken care. I will definitely keep coming back.
I love this place!!! 2nd car my Boyfriend and his Dad leased in the last 2 weeks!!! Kelsie Leach actually makes it fun...Awesome experience!!!
Been a return customer many times over. This is the first time I've bought a brand new car with so many issues. As of today I've been in the service shop 8 times for the same issue. not a happy camper.
I like the people at Hare but but there can not help every one if you don't have any money to put with her car
Staff was overwhelmed and unorganized. A ton of employees, but all seemed to being doing nothing during a very busy morning. And then when I fill out the email survey after my service, I get a impersonal, generic reply sincerely signed by "service manager." Probably be switching dealerships.
Dont trust the salesmen, was told i would pay 1000 over what they paid for a truck (i knew who traded them in and knew the price) and would also pay 600$ for a vehicle saftey inspection. I said i would sign off on anything they found and fix myself. Todd told me total price before tax was 6311.50. They gave 3500 for the truck so how does it come to 6311.50? Hare has treated us so well since we begin buying cars and having service there that we feel like part of the family. This is customer service at its best.
