I was pleased with Theo, he was very helpful with my purchase. I had to take my car back to Hare a couple days later, to have my vehicle cleaned and upon leaving I noticed the windshield was damaged, at which time I was assured it would be taken care of. February 9th will be exactly one month that I have been waiting to get my windshield repaired. My 2008 Malibu transmission went out unexpectedly. I thought I was going to have to pay thousands of dollars. But, luckily for my friend who is a mechanic said GM had an extended warranty. I called my service man Shawn McBroom and he did some digging into it and found out it was completely under warranty. Got my car right in and within less than a week, i got my car back and running like a top. Everyone at Hares Chevrolet is wonderful. Very kind and helpful. Thank you for always taking good care of my Chevy Lumina van. It has a lot of years on it, not a lot of mileage, and usually runs well. I appreciate being able to contact you when it does have needs.
Needed and oil change and was able to get in without an appointment. And it only 30 mins for the change and wash. The service staff was very friendly and polite. They make you feel comfortable and will inform you on what will be done. I will continue the have my SUV serviced and my wife and I will buy our next vehicles here.
I have bought and leased 5 cars and trucks from Hare. My experience has been excellent each time. The sales and services have been helpful and courteous. When I had a recent issue with my passenger door sticking they were quick to fix the issue and best of all it was fixed at no cost to me. I didn't have to argue or fight to get it done, they just did it! Thanks!
They did a great job for me I thought I was going to be put in a used car but was put in a brand new car every one was great and very pleasant haven't had any problems at all would highly recommend them
