Our experiences with Hare have been positive with the #1 priority being the customer. Service techs have been informative and polite.
I think Andrew Moore is awesome and customer service friendly no matter how many times I come in there fussing Andrew always stays professional and I trust the the things he says about my car he never tries to sale me anything that I don't need(even though I get upset when I have to fix my car��)
I have been doing business with Hare Chevrolet for years,my children and grandchildren goes there to purchase their cars and trucks. They have always been very courteous and professional.I always stay with the same salesperson and the same mechanic rep. I have not had any problems that they have not taken care of.If you are nice and caring about what is going on in their departments when they explain things when things happens,remember your work day,things can go wrong.I feel like they are family.
Bought a Suburban from them last year. Even bought the platinum extended warranty. Suspension light came on so I took it in. Over $1000 work needs to be done and none of it is under Hare's warranty or the extened warranty. Then they have the nerve to make me pay $115 because I didn't agree to the work!!!! Never every will l buy a car there!!! (Andre the service writer did a great job especially with me being so upset)
So my vehicle is all of one year old now. Hare's Chev called to set up an appointment to a 1 year safety check + they would wash my car and vacuum it, seriously? I pulled in, they took my car, said it would be 45 min and 25 min later they were done. WOW! Nice clean car and thank you Hare Chev.
The sisters of savings need to remove themselves from the likeness, photos, commercials of this dealership. This is no longer the Hare dealership it was a year ago. As other reviews have pointed out, the customer centric aspect of Hare is gone. I will no longer step foot inside this building nor will tell any family or friends to head in their direction. The best car out here in the world less recalls on the manufacturing Chevrolet anything GREAT DRIVE
I have purchased or co-signed for two vehicles from Hare Chevy, dealing with Corbin Richards both times. I also referred a colleague of mine to Corbin because our small town dealerships didn't seem to take single women buying a vehicle seriously. Every time Corbin went above and beyond what he had to do to make sure we were served in the best way possible. I will always go to Hare Chevy first. Even if I decide they can't help me, they do their best to help me find something before I leave.
