I'm really glad that I purchased my Traverse from Jesse. Jesse was awesome about a year ago today. He was so kind to my mom and I. I gave him the blues over the phone for about a week. I have been in an out for oil changes. On my last visit in August. I met a beautiful lady name Jen Moore. I had to come back 2x for a tire issue. Jen was so nice to my son and I. As always we were treated very well at Hare. There service dept. is top notch. Jason H. Is so friendly and helpful. We are so glad that our truck & car will great service when taken to Hare.
If I could give less than one star then I would. I was trying to buy a new truck using their shop click drive feature. Two days after the scheduled appointment,the salesman finally reaches out and says "oh sorry for the delay". I didn't end up buying the truck,and I won't ever even consider hare in the future after this. I would highly recommend that you go to literally any Chevrolet dealership that isn't hare.

I'm always taken care of both by the service department and sales. Darrell Lee is a great guy who won't try and BS you on your lease or sale. The service department always treats me with kindness and a willingness to get the job done right and charge fairly. I will keep coming back!
James is very happy with his new car, the service by the salesman was great he was polite, informative and very courteous. He would have given a higher rating except for the fact during finance he felt rushed through to sign and the agent never really specified the price of each warranty plan and never gave a total amount of the added warranties he offered or how much it would increase the monthly payment. It felt like he was in a hurry to go home or something other wise it was a pleasant experience.
