Excellent service team!
My vehicle was unfortunately struck by a swinging telephone pull that caused quite a bit of damage. Hare's took great care of my car and kept me up to date during the repair. I appreciate what they have done for me and I'm thankful to have my vehicle back looking brand new. Thank you very much!
I am with a local company that has been doing business with Hare Chevrolet for well over 30 years. We have purchased all of our company vehicles there. We took our 2500 HD in for an oil change yesterday to find out that they closed our corporate account and that we would need to go through the process of applying to open a new account with them. I am not sure of what their thought process was when they did this but if I have to go through the process of open another account after 30 years I think I will take a look around so... read more
As always the service department could not have been better! I was there for routine maintenance and they found a problem I didn't know existed, which could have been a problem on a highway somewhere--a screw in a tire. Thanks again, Hare.
The actual service on the car is fine, but when I make an appointment and then still have to wait over 2 hours for an oil change, I get a bit irritated. This is the second time I've had an appointment and watched me car sit for 40 minutes before it was even taken back to be worked on. What is the point of having an appointment??
I just recently purchase a new 2018 Equinox and I'm was very pleased with the transition from my 2013 to the 2018. I was not very pleased when I found out that I did not get some of the same features that my 2013 Equinox came with, such SirusXM was not a factory item? Also I found out that they stoppped making CD players, that was a bummer too!!
