Grant was amazing! It was a VERY busy Saturday so I would suggest going during the week. This was my first time leasing a vehicle and they made me feel very comfortable and knowledgeable on what I was getting into.

We are well taken care of during each visit at Hare. We love their service department. I had a concern with my Equinox, and they physically showed me so I knew what they were talking about rather than just reading it on a piece of paper. Great service!!

We loved working with Joe to buy two cars now! With the second car, we decided to get one of the care packages....worst decision ever. The customer care is terrible in the service area. They promote getting free car washes but what they don’t tell you is that you will be ignored when you walk in and will wait 30 minutes for a car wash once they finally take your keys from you. Rude employees and definitely regret buying the care package (still love our car though).

Choose a different Chevy dealer. Never have we had as many issues as we had at this dealer. It took three trips for them to properly install our remote start, and twice “cleaning” the car before it was remotely acceptable to take as a new lease. Will not be taking our new cars here for anything service related as they do not know what they are doing. They ordered the wrong bed liner for my husbands truck as well and we had to wait longer for the proper one to be delivered. You’re job is Chevy’s, how do you not know how to do... read more

Was assigned a service rep to help me with a warranty item. Left two voicemail messages to call me back a few weeks ago. Actually went in and spoke to the service manager about not getting a response and he wrote my name and phone number down and stuck it on the guys computer monitor to call me back. Still nothing. Not sure what’s happened to their service as I have had good experiences in the past, but not responding to customers is BS. Next time I buy a $60k duramax, it won’t be here.

Great experience. Hare kept my truck until the expert was working and they could figure out what was actually wrong with it. Through out the whole time they kept offering me a rental and kept me informed on what was going on with my truck. They were able to get my truck in and get it fixed within three days because they had to wait on the new part to come in. However they took me serious when I said something was wrong and did not blow me off like other dealerships have done. I will bring my vehicle back to Hare anytime and ... read more

I went to Hare for their reputation on giving good on a trade in. We were met by Vince outside the front door and stuck with him throughout the day. He went back and forth several times to the sales manager to get me the price I wanted. He literally asked me what i would pay (reasonable of course), and gave me that price. When i mentioned I was going to go to another dealership to look at a very comparable car, he sent me on my way in the car I was interested in buying from him.
