I was very satisfied with the help Hare's gave me in buying a new Malibu. Have done a lot of business with them and will continue to do so in the future. Great staff and good company to work with.
I took my SUV in for an oil change and also asked for a vaccum out and a car wash. I received both of those and also a tire rotation and and a fluid top off for the ones other than oil. Great job guys. Keep it up!
I was not happy with the service provided by Hare Chevrolet. I drove 45 min one way to have the birthday special (which was told a detail cleaning, wash, inspection and top off fluids). They did the inspection and topped off the fluids but the cleaning out the inside of the car and washing it was terrible. It didn’t even look like they did anything with the inside or washing it. I could of done better at home. I won’t go back for my other two specials. Very unhappy
Drove an hour and a half for a “detail cleaning” that was really only a half way wash on the outside of my car. I could have done that at home.
Did a great job as usual servicing my vehicle. I love the detailed vehicle reports they give as well. With Hare being under new ownership they have added text messages and email updates about your vehicle while it’s being worked on which recommends items to address on your vehicle you can add or reject. I like the feature but it may be a culture shock to frequent customers if not explained up front. If you don’t reply in a timely manner it could extend the time of your repair.
Recently had my vehical serviced in the Service Department. As always I was pleased with my service. The representative was pleasant, informative, and courteous. Thanks for providing excellent customer service Jeremy!
