Hare service has done a 360! The last few times I have gone in, they have treated me great and solved the issues EXTREMELY quickly. They are under great new management and OBVIOUSLY care about the customers and their time!
RecommendedWe have been customers of Hare for close to 30 years, and have never had a bad experience, until yesterday. I had a 9:00 appointment for an oil change. Since they usually get done in under an hour, I chose to wait. At 9:50, the car hadn't moved out of the intake area. totally unacceptable. And the customer service waiting area was filthy. Probably going somewhere else for service in the future.
Courteous staff, Marcus was my guy on my last visit and he went out of his way to make my experience hassle-free. I purchased my Chevy Trax at Hare a year ago and was very satisfied with the deal I got, as well as the professional manner of the sales team....so I figured why not use their service department? They have far exceeded my expectations at every turn. I will be purchasing my next vehicle there and will continue to use them for service. My experiences have been top notch thus far.

ORIGINAL POST: Had a terrible experience. We shook hands on one interest rate to find out that was the wrong information. They took two weeks to return a call. I was definitely just a number to the staff their. I was lied to several times. Now I currently have a vehicle that after less than a month has major issues and I can not get a return call. My engine light came on and the engine was idling rough. They were very busy, but got me in the next day and fixed the problem. Hare did very well getting me satisfied and on my way. Thanks Hare
