We will not be back! Our Malibu was "repaired" in July, yes, last month, by your service department. The Malibu completely lost all power. We had to have it towed in. We should have listened to the tow truck driver in taking it elsewhere, but wanted the Chevy dealer to look at it. Replaced the electronic control module ($$$), then had it in for a "full service" (more $). Oh Hare Chevrolet, your service department has continued to disappoint. I keep going back with hope, but once again your parts aren’t in and only 1/2 the repair is complete. Not to mention you asking me to give you a perfect score on your customer satisfaction survey when there something funny on my windshield after you’re finished with my car. Had to have my car towed to Hare after mechanical issues. Tyler and the team at Hare had an estimate to me the next morning. After weighing all my options, Tyler helped me to decide on the best course of action for my car. They ordered the part and got me in a loaner. They were prompt at completing the repairs once the part arrived and really helped me out throughout the whole ordeal. I would highly recommend Tyler and the service team at Hare.
Had some issues with my vehicle I purchased at Hare 2 years ago. When the engine light came on I freaked out. Brought my car in and they had it diagnosed within 20 minutes, put me in a rental, and fixed my car in just a few hours. The service was great and for that I will purchase my next car here and continue to refer everyone here!
All work was in a timely manner and very happy with results. Tech person who wrote up work order noticed a couple of areas that needed some paint touch up and that was taken care of also. Very satisfied
We had an amazing experience here, our saleman nate was incredible to work with, and the entire car buying experience was very easy and a wonderful experience
