Went in on saturday 29Dec18 had the worst experience ever. when i asked about the commercial and what I had been told by their representative Rocky, the salesman Dan seemed to get irritated. we asked about the pricing of a vehicle and instead of getting that pricing he called my husband vague and and started raising his voice at us. I bought a 2016 Malibu here. It was the 3rd car I bought from Hare and I have even referred people to them but I won’t make that mistake again. This car is a lemon! I have had nothing but issues with the car since I bought it. The engine, the transmission, the brake system, the fuel injection system, oil leaks, you name it it’s gone bad. It’s first issue happened the day I bought the car. Chevy has admitted this car is a lemon and suggested that Hare buy it back but they are refusing. Well I had a good salesman Corbin Richards, Very nice and helpful guy he really works hard at what he does and takes care of his clients ! I’ve had to take my truck there for some service that need done and Corbin hooked me up with some real nice cars to drive while waiting on my truck to be done ! Nope... negative stars...they say anything to get you in the door then they slam it. Its like theyre "net fishing" to find those few special fish and throwing the rest away....the problem is the rest are starting to speak out about it. #TiredofPoorBusiness
