Need to get their service appts figured out . Shouldn’t have to wait 2 hrs for an oil change when you have an appt just because they got slammed with drive ups
RecommendedI would like to thank Chris Parker for my third vehicle purchase from Hare. He really worked with me to get me into what I wanted for a great price!! A thanks also needs to go to Mike Tallman for taking care of us for our wait time when signing for our vehicle. Hare Chevy has AMAZING customer service!! I will continue to come back and also refer others to this dealership!!
The sales rep was horrible. He wasn’t even trying to help us. He seemed uninterested which really irritated my husband. He came back with one offer and said that is all he could do. Never had that happen before in all the years that I have purchased a car. Usually they keep trying to work with you. And as far as push, pull drag it in...lies. The ONLY reason I went to them was because of the commercial. All lies. I won’t be back.
Annoying commercials terrible service department
Went in today for maintenance service and was told it was going to be $157 plus an additional maybe $75 but I’d get 10% off. The bill came and it was $383! Never once mentioned labor. I thought it was just like when they priced oil changes. I’ve bought 7 cars there!!! Never had this happen. Also you buy snacks at the service desk now and they don’t take credit card!!! bad snarky service salesman played games on his phone ignored all questions. but apparently it's cool bc he has been there for 9 years.even had an 09 f-150 as trade laughed under his breath bc 120k miles is to much and 23.97 an hour isn't enough to buy a vehicle off of them when my debt to income is at 7 %. very disappointed. didn't even make it to the end of app before he was following us out the door telling us how great he is.
Life saver! thanks to our crazy temps my car broke down (purchased at Hare) been buying cars from Hare and Fernando Roman since 2004! never had issues! short story it wasn’t worth to fix so i had to jump in a new car! service team Andrew Moore helped as much as he could since im his old customer as well but cost was pretty hight obviously my debt turned out very negative due to car damages bottom line Fernando Roman went out his way to give me the best and help me out like if im part of his family, not to say im very picky a... read more
The guy straight up asked if we had things we could sell. I am not willing to ever go back or suggest anyone there.
