I love my new Impala. The new 2017 Impala has so many more features than the previous one. It was hard to move out of my old car but it was worth it.

While trying to get car was impressed once signed papers, not so good, very unhappy with the service and level of help I have received, guess cause I purchased a USED car instead of a NEW one...this was my second purchase first time leased new car, so went back. So great at first not so great since purchase.

Be sure to check your contract. They will tell you lies until you sign, then everything is different. I recommend you bring a lawyer with you.

My service advisor Andre was very prompt in contacting me and explaining what repairs were needed on my vehicle. The service was quick and the rental car was ready and waiting for me. I was very pleased with the service provided to me. Thank you

As a Veteran, I was trained in the Army to give a 120%. I am not feeling anything near that when it comes to Hare. I have had to leave dozens of messages and cannot get a simple response until I email the GM. Maybe a $400 refund isn't a lot to some people, but it is to me and it shouldn't take innumerable hours of frustration.
