We just purchased a 2011 Toyota Sienna from Jim Hardman. The front seats were not moving like they should, but said they would fix them for me. After closer inspection they determined that it was a bigger deal and would cost $2200 to fix. They covered the repair very quickly. I really like the way Dennis and Mark handled this issue and really did a good job with customer service.

I had a number in mind that I wanted to spend and financing already secured and they can lower than I expected and beat the financing rate I walked in with. I will definitely purchase from them again.
