Went to the lot today because I wanted an Enclave. Found one I was interested in and told our salesman Everette that we were looking at other lots and would return. When we came back to get the car, he was not there and another salesman asked us which car we had interest in. We asked price and were ready to negotiate to buy the car. He was rude and immediately told us he would take $200 off of the $31k sticker price and it wasn't up for discussion. I work for a separate dealer and brought one of our cars in (a 2017 Acadia with 10K miles) for some warranty work to be performed; Jose (one of their service advisors) got me checked in quickly, made the process of getting it taken care of as smooth as butter. Would definitely recommend bringing your GM car there for service. Good people! Can't beat it.
Drove down twice to look at a truck that was supposedly on the lot. First time it wasn’t even there, they told me it was being detailed and was 28k. Then they call me back couple days later and tell me it is there and it is really just 17k. Drive down the second time and they are the most unprofessional salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Needless to say I left and will buy from anybody but them.

I also detest car buying, so after driving my sister in law's leased enclave, I went straight to her salesperson, mark b, and drove out with a leased encore. I was given a thorough tutorial and 2 free service appointments. I like that no one was high pressure, and the process was not tedious and tense. the service department is very efficient in my opinion. luiz has been right on target with wait times, and I appreciate that.

I loathe car shopping & was not looking forward to the process! We stopped by to look at a used Terrain...drove out with a new Terrain for less $$. None of the "let me talk to my manager" hype that typically comes with vehicle shopping. Thanks Mark for making car buying hassle free!
