Dr. Thompson should be ashamed of at least two of the people who work here, Kelly and Kathy. I called yesterday (Aug.17) morning to get an appointment to get a replacement lens for my glasses and ask whether insurance covers this. I was put on hold for 12 minutes. No one checked on me as I waited. I finally hung up. That afternoon, I called back and spoke to Kelly, who said she couldn't help me until she received my prescription, so I called my doctor's office and was told they'd send it right away. My whole family (four of us) go here. Dr. Thompson is probably the best and most competent optometrist I have ever visited. He gets right to the point without being too aloof or distant. His explanations are thorough and the exam experience is pleasant. He listens well and is very sharp with regard to proper treatment and optics for each patient's needs. 5 stars all day long. Best eye doctor I have ever been to, he is young but very knowledgeable. Friendly and professional staff. My insurance isn't the greatest so the doc actually worked with me so the main focus was my overall eye care . You want find that any where else. Most places just want to take your money and send ya on your way. Not these people they really care about their patients. I will go there for ever. Thanks for all that you do for our community. I started to see Dr. Thompson when he first purchased the practice and while it has grown tremendously, I continue to get the small practice time and attention as I first did. I have gone through some vision changes this year and everyone has been friendly, accommodating, and helpful with my numerous questions and visits. I recommended this practice without hesitation or qualification!
Hands down best Eyecare around! Staff are very friendly, and Dr. Thompson is very thorough and knowledgeable.
