We recently adopted a rescue dog who is very nervous with new people. We weren’t sure how he would do with out one of us accompanying him during the appointment. However he really connected with Tracy and enjoyed her company. They took their time with him and made sure it was a positive experience. He got lots of tasty treats. They didn’t want to overwhelm him so they called and just did the necessities. He also is going to see Tracy every time so he will keep a continuity of care. We are so pleased with them. We had our first visit today and I was shocked at the amazing service we received. All of the staff was so nice and made our little Loki feel so at ease❤️ Thank you for such wonderful service!
I've driven upwards of an hour just to bring my babies to see the doctor's and staff at HVAH. Everyone is just amazing and I won't go to anyone else.

AWESOME VET!! I've looked for a long time trying to find a good, caring vet that doesn't cost a fortune. I feel I've found one with Hardin Valley Animal Hospital. All the vets are SO caring and take a lot of time to make sure you have no questions. The techs and office staff are great also. Everyone just really makes you feel like they genuinely care about you and you pet. The office is clean and I never have to wait. You can schedule an appt fairly quickly as well.
They are very caring and good with your pet. When we had to send our Shiba Inu over the Rainbow Bridge they were very comforting. Our Pug likes everything except getting her nails clipped.
