Great veterinary hospital. Friendly, personal service. I have been taking my dogs here since they were puppies. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My dogs love going there. Very clean and we'll kept facility. I always feel like I am getting very personalized service and never have to wait to get into my appointment. I would recommend this veterinary office to anyone.
new vet in town Hardin Valley Animal Hospital is a well kept, clean vet's office. Office staff is curteous and helpful. Newly opened. Flexible scheduling to meet people's busy schedules. I had to reschedule my cat's appointment twice and there was no fuss. Convenient location.
AWESOME VET!! I've looked for a long time trying to find a good, caring vet that doesn't cost a fortune. I feel I've found one with Hardin Valley Animal Hospital. All the vets are SO caring and take a lot of time to make sure you have no questions. The techs and office staff are great also. Everyone just really makes you feel like they genuinely care about you and you pet. The office is clean and I never have to wait. You can schedule an appt fairly quickly as well.

I highly recommend HVAH. They've been absolutely wonderful with my dogs. I love that they're Fear Free Certified and always putting work into continuing education. They truly care about what they do.

My poodle had surgery 1.5 hours away (our old home). She had a complication with her incision, so I decided to take her to HVAH last minute. They were unable to get us in the day I called, but a vet responded to a picture that I sent her. The next day, I was able to take Lucy Lou to be checked out. I have never seen Lucy so willing to go with a stranger and seem so calm and comfortable when leaving! They must have worked some magic!
