Love this place!!! I've been here twice. First concert was Dream Theater and the second Anderson, Rabin & Wakeman World Tour. Great sound and venue.

They improved their sound since the last time I went. Great show
The sound and visuals were great. Location was convenient. Had to climb lots of stairs to use the restroom. Chairs were way too close together, making the experience physically uncomfortable.
The food sucks but the bartenders make a nice stiff drink. The staff is very helpful and non confrontational. Great acoustics but I wish they would let the bands turn it up!
My favorite concert venue in Orlando. I've been going to Hard Rock Live for many years. I've even had the pleasure of sitting in the VIP area. I've got to figure out how to get back in there! �

Love it. But getting in the place can be painful.
A super concert venue - perfect size, lots of amenities, great sound and lighting, plenty of staff to usher guests through security check points and to their seats. Surprisingly easy to navigate in and out in spite of being located with the Universal Studios compound.
