Awesome. Rockin' Robin provided excellent service. The manager Angie was incredible. Kody in the rock shop was the best. My family had a great afternoon.

Honestly it's a great venue. But when it's raining so hard outside that people are going to the bathroom to wring out their clothing like a dish rag and catching colds the next day, you're doing something wrong. I was squishy and miserable and wet the ENTIRE night. Disneys House Of Blues would not have made us wait outside during a full on thunder storm. I'm just saying.
Love the venue, I have been to several events and concerts here. I was super disappointed however in the way the line was managed last night in the thunderstorm. We waited over 45 minutes after "doors open" time in pouring rain and thunderstorms.
They literally made us all stand out in the rain, lightning, and thunder for two hours!!! There was a covered area that they could have placed us all under or even just let us inside for safety sake and they did nothing!! Worst concert experience I've ever had!!!!
The venue was fine once inside. The wait was terrible. Missed the entire first act, after arriving 45 minutes prior to start time. We stood in the rain and lightning. They had 3 little entry ways for a sold out show..... Dumb
Loved this venue!! Intimate enough and had great acoustics..
Love this place service and food great, you look around and see our generation all over the place and it takes you back to a moment in time
