Todas as vezes que fui foram inesquecíveis, impossível ir ao Universal e não ir ao Hard Rock. A Marguerita deles é surreal, uma delícia dos deuses. Parada obrigatória na lojinha com artigos fantásticos, camisetas,bonés, souvenirs em geral.
It was before a show one minute the place was empty the next it was packed. The service was amazing really sweet people took care of us. The food was delicious and fresh. I loved it and can't wait to go again.
The sound system is great. But I'm not real keen on having to go through Disney to get to the venue.
Great place a must when in Orlando, going to see Chris Tucker March 25.

Not a bad seat in the house but the main thing is your not paying ticket brokers outrageous prices for good seats I won't go to big venues any more
The queue is a joke. The Orlando staff poor, lacks customer service. .

Loved the venue. Hated the long treck from the parking garage to get there. Being that I'm handicapped (differently abled) it was,quite a task to get there. I missed the first two bands due to having to walk, stop, rest, walk stop, rest. I would have appreciated a heads up before the show. Maybe on the ticket?? Other than that. The venue itself is great! Super friendly and helpful staff. Overall a great concert experience. Nov. 21st, 2014... Sold out Slayer, Suicidal Tendencies and Exodus show.
