I was impressed with the Hard Rock theater. It is beautiful, and it has a huge dance floor, great organization, it's a beautiful place. I really had the best time ever. The two groups were excellent music and sound, but Grupo Niche stole the show. Great performance and great music. The band it's amazing, I just love The Grupo Niche. The greatest place to go. I'll be back

This venue is horrible. I was there last night and their entire staff is rude and they have no control over the crowd during a concert. Been to the House of Blues numerous times they are so organized and you feel at ease if your child is in the crowd because safety comes first. I saw a girl get hit in the head with something thrown and she had to leave the show. This was my first and last time ever here. Absolutely horrible.

Been to quite a few shows here, but the seating for this one was horrible. First, seats were too small and crammed together. Very tight! More disappointing was to have center aisle row B seats...thinking right in the middle how floor plan shows. Instead rows A and B only were one solid row...so even though tix said center it was actually right...far right! Disappointing and not what I paid for.
What a great venue! Sound is incredible. General admission is way better than the actual seats.
Bought $185 meet and greet for Gavin DeGraw. Cancelled m&g while I was waiting in line. Merch for VIP was junk and didn't get my shirt or signed set list. The show was awful, and he only sang 2 new songs. Chariot is way over 5 years old, I didn't buy tickets to hear that nonsense. Worst concert experience ever.
