My husband and I decided to go to the beffet this part Saturday, I hadn't been inn a couple years and had raved too my husband about the food..... Yeah not so much any more. The Prime Rib was way OVER COOKED and all you could taste was salt... that's the only item we are that had flavor. Nothing had flavor at all. Then our waitress disappeared on us. My husband had to get up to go get us drinks.... even after some one bright us drinks our waitress still never showed up. Their customer service and food suck. We will never eat... read more

The room was gorgeous and comfortable. Front desk staff was very nice. The buffet wasn't worth the fifty bucks for two. Had a great time at the riff, however the bartenders were pretty rude. One of them snapped at my fiancé when she asked for a drink and I had her ID since she was wearing a dress. Don't have a problem being ID'd but maybe not as rude. Also didn't understand the rewards card but that's more my fault then anything. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Beds weren't very comfortable, and it took a couple times to get keys that worked, but it was a great stay overall!!

The entire staff was so friendly! I was very impressed with my room and the resort atmosphere was awesome! The shuttle left 10 min early so they called one of the valet drivers to take me. He was there in 2 minutes. 🏼

It was my first time ever visiting the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and it was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly at the Hotel part... And the staff was friendly in the gift shop. There was so much amazing things to look at... And I LOVED Toby Keith's " I Love This Bar and Grill"... I will b back... Loved my stay.... Thank Goodness for food shows...
