I've stayed at the hotel on several occasions. I felt on this last stay the customer service had declined.

The slots did not pay EVEN THE WE HAD 3 OR 4 WILDS! We lost a couple hundred in manner of minutes .

1st visit to that casino. Walked in with $40.00 and 3 hours later walked out with $40.09, so yeah, we pretty much took them for all we could. Had a great time looking at all of the rock and roll memorabilia. So guys since we're obviously "high rollers" how about comping us a suite for next time? Haha

Enjoyed a great concert at The Joint. The venue was first class. Great acoustics and wonderful employees. Had a great time walking around the casino after the show checking out some really cool memorabilia.
