Awesome view, food and service ! Rooms could be cleaner the floors were sticky and dust on everything.
My husband and I had such a good time. I wish it was no smoking in the building and the casino.
I love it for concerts or entertainment. I love there rooms. Always something going on. We just went and seen Jim Brewer. Awesome. But it was just a mess with so many people outside the casino from African American spring break. It was just to many people. And then they trash the whole beach and everything around it. They just need to learn to use the trash cans. Because it is a beautiful place to go. They were happy to have all these people. Just need to pick up the trash. Don't just throw it down.

Hard Rock employees in the food service areas and on the casino floor are always courteous and go out of their way to help the customer. The buffet food is good, has a variety of dishes and is always attractive in presentation. i am aware that some foods tend to dry after sitting too long on the buffets, but I find the food fresh here and see employees attempting to keep dishes presentable through the day. Had some good points but the bad really bring it down, will leave it at that.
Took my 9 year old Daughter for spring break, is was supposed to rain so we opted for a hotel room. Booked online and it didn't go through so they upgraded us to a suite free of charge, made our Daddy daughter trip amazing. Made a memory for my little girl that she will remember for the rest of her life.
