I have had the best time. Love all serve all....the ladies In Housekeeping on the sixth floor were awesome. (Give them a raise) they were friendly and so sweet to us. Gaming was fun and the place was very clean.
The casino is a little tight, but other than that everything was great! 👍🏽
It's OK and we had a good time - much smaller than Tampa HR Casino but hotel is affordable where Tampa is ridiculously priced. Would go again it we find our way back to the Gulf area.
This is the first hotel and casino I have visited in Biloxi and the only. I'm treated very well the rooms are always perfect and I have a blast. Take it from a regular this is the best place to go!
Every time we come here we are treated very well and they always go above and beyond to take care of us!!!! The rooms are always clean and we always feel at home here!!!!! We recommend the Hard Rock Casino in Biloxi if you ever plan to stay in Biloxi!!!!!!
We had a lot of fun. The casino was great! We played roulette and doubled our money. Got a free upgrade to a suite and it was really nice. The only downside was the really heavy smell of stale cigarettes in the room. Neither my husband or I smoke, so it was a little over-powering.
They are horrible about answering their messages here on Facebook. Has anyone else had problems with that. I wrote to them on Wednesday before we were supposed to be going to biloxi to see if the chairs they were giving away would fit in the overhead bin on the airplanes and what the dimensions were and heard absolutely nothing even when it says usally answers in a few hours. A very horrible horrible experience! The black lady housekeeper we had was very rude and wouldn't give us 3 bottles of the waters they put in the room. She gave us hell over getting 2 extra towels and wash clothes. They act like everything belongs to them. I felt like I was in jail instead of a hotel. I couldn't believe how we were treated. Then security comes to my room banging on my door because housekeeping told them we were rude! Go figure! I thought I was the customer.
First time being here, had a great experience. The pool and the casinos are the places to be. Let alone the room me and two of my buddies stated in was incredible, view of the pool and the view of the Gulf. I would definitely come back.
