Food and service were spot on! Felt like a kid eating dinner and watching music videos :D
The Hard Rock Cafe Houston literally ROCKS! The staff were incredibly awesome and engaging. The management is excellent. School Of Rock put on a Rockstravaganza and it was a success. The staff was in their toes and the management was very catering. Very very impressed. Awesome place.
Service was bad had to beg for drinks before our meal first place in my life that we got our tcket before we got our food
Fast service, friendly waiters, good selection of foods.
This was not a good experience! Service was slow.. And only a few customers!! Waitress was too busy (???) to even speak... Worst food ...i could hardly make it to a bathroom after eating there!! I wonder how many others had diarrhea within 30 mins.???? Service, food didn't rate high from our table
Great service from a lovely hostess. Can't fault the meals either.
We had a great experience at another Hard Rock. We stop at the Hard Rock Cafe whenever we are near one. We were in and out of this one in roughly an hour and everything was as we expected. Service was wonderful and food was delicious. My only complaint was that an awning was blocking the sign to the restaurant and you can't see the typical guitar sign unless you can see it on the roof of the building. It made it difficult to find.
Bad food and bad service. Waist of time and money!!
Huge THANK YOU to Operations Manager GEOFFREY MILLER for taking care of our Hobby Center's A Christmas Story 'dinner and show' night out. Not sure what the glitch was but your efforts to make it a great night out without hassle is very much appreciated! Dinner was excellent, service was outstanding. Peace, love & Rock'n'Roll to you all. ;)
