Scenario Me and 3 other ladies arrive before 6 p.m. On Thursday evening we had a show to go to next door at the Bayou Music Center .We thought we got there early that we would be able to sit down and enjoy a meal and have still time to make the show we didn't get any food and by 7:15 all we had was one drink we asked the manager what was going on and he apologized and said if we come back he would take care of us the show got out sometime after 11 and we were tired by that time so we were definitely not happy with the servic... read more
Service was very disappointing. Not worth it to put up with customer service (or lack of) that we received. Hopefully everyone else was treated better.

I love Hard Rock Cafe and the one in Houston is the third one I've actually been to and I bought a lot of souvenirs. I didn't get to eat at this one but I now have a reason to come back and I can also take more pictures. I love the location and I didn't have to worry about parking because I walked. ; )
It was excellent I come from Cleveland Texas there's nothing like that in Cleveland so why don't Hard Rock Cafe plan on placing morning clevland it will be marvelous I bet the doors will be backed up with a line of customers experience was great I had a wonderful time with my wife Lisa Noble late anniversary celebration Hard Rock Cafe
