It was super crowded because of all the events going on, but the staff was fantastic. I'm sure we'll be back again.
Food was good. Had a manager come give me a refill and picked my straw up with his hands and put it in the fresh glass. That didn't sit well with me but our waitress did a good job.
Place is nice but the menu is small and the food is not good.
I've been to all the UK Hard Rock restaurants and one in San Antonio and having experienced American service in other restaurants I was disappointed with the service in the Houston one. The welcome was far from warm, the hostess had a bored and almost rude attitude which came across upon arrival. Had we not wanted to put our tick in the Houston Hard Rock box we would have left there and then. Despite the fact that the "legendary hamburguer" is always the same ( across the globe) at Houston's enjoyed it like never before
Ate the yesterday. The food was good, portions were large and the WaitStaff was friendly. The Fudge Brownie w/ice cream was HUGE. 3 people, Tea, food & dessert @ $90. Not too bad. Been to several locations (this one 6-8 times)... It's a neat experience.
The pricy drinks we're watered down big time! They tasted like sugar water. We sent two drinks back with no improvement!! Food was just avarage. First time here...will be the last time here....
