Place was almost empty, appetizers took forever and came cold, no doubt they waited until we were done with appetizers before they brought us our meals because all four of our meals were cold.
We placed our order for drinks and food, the drinks were brought and then nothing. The waitress told us 5 times the food was coming. After 30 minutes we paid for the drinks and left. It was not busy so I don't know why it had to take so long. This was our last time at a Hard Rock Cafe, it doesn't matter what location you are, the service is terrible everywhere. It is just an overpriced hamburger joint so for a good burger and decent service we will go elsewhere.
Just wonder how long you have to sit here to get service. It's been close to 20 minutes and not a soul has even looked our way.
Host was great. Server was so so, food was terrible.
Slowest kitchen service ever. Waited at least 30 minutes after ordering food. Food was luke warm at best. Soda didn't taste right. Veggie sandwich was all bread hardly any veggies. Will not return.

Me and my hubby ate there for Valentines day, and the food was awesome! We had a 20 minute wait but it was happy hour when we arrived so we had a few drinks that were affordable and good. This is a great place to eat.

We went when it wasn't busy and we still had to wait 50 minutes for our food. This isn't the first time... Def won't be coming back.
Do not order the Classic Club it was not good and service slow
