Drinks are great, waiter is amazing, funny, personable.. the food is less then satisfaction.. my sons pizza is burned he won't even eat it. The fries to go with my club sandwich are cold and extremely salty. The Club sandwich.. where to start.. The bread is as hard as a hockey puck.. the coleslaw is completely dry with no flavor.. don't think I'd come back for food. But the waiter is amazing.

Well first of all the manager was fine but food wasn't great or even good. But he tried to fix it for us. But really didn't had a coupon card for 20 percent off wouldn't honor it so we paid there ridiculous prices and still wasn't happy Oh well live and learn. Will never go back though. Just because your at the mall don't have to charge an arm and a leg

Food was good... service was soooooooooooooo slow!!!! From the time I sat down until the time I left was an hour and 45mins.... very average experience overall!!! It's not killer like the one in Vegas!!!

Awful experience! Waited approximately 2 hrs for food, and it was cold. Was given some food free but still left paying $82. Everything should have been free. Never again!

Great food and service! Our waiter Mitch was the best! He was really attentive and really nice.
First time and last time to the resturant. Visited october 8 arrived at 115p didnt get our food until 2pm. Waiter claimed a 30 minute wait for food. I ordered the hickory bbq burger and onion rings, my girlfriend ordered the club with fries. The fries were the saving grace of the food. The burger was bland, the carmlized onions were a sloppy mess. Her sandwhich however was dry, whatever seasoning was on the turkey was disgusting. As i said this is a 1 star, i will be hard pressed to go back.
Nice stop off cafe if you goto the mall. Be prepared to spend some money. Drinks pricy and is have to take out a loan to afford a steak. But for the most part, employees were nice and atmosphere was cool.

One of my favorite Hard Rock Cafe's that I almost always plan a layover in Minneapolis. It is always clean, great service, food is well prepared and presented, taste is always superb! We were there yesterday and Mitch was our server. He made sure we were fed and on our way on time to make our flight. The young lady in the Rock Shop was super helpful, too! She kept us from buying the wrong size shirt - wish someone like that worked at every HRC ☺️ Great job representing!
