Under staffed, over priced. Barely saw our waitress and each meal had something missing/wrong with the order. Always love the Hard Rock atmosphere, but with many other wonderful options at the Mall of America - steer clear of this place.

I loved it. My husband loved it. Great food and service despite being a bit backed up. The only thing I suggest would be turning the music down to a dull roar. It was very hard to have a conversation with my husband when we couldn't hear each other. Love the prince memorabilia.
We had the best server! The food was great, the atmosphere is always awesome, and the server we had was prompt, fun, and her food recommendations were spot on! We'll be back for sure!

3 year olds bday party! The events coordinator at the time was horrible.... took days to respond to emails.. or phone calls (she has left) met the new person in charge and manager did everything to make up for it! Food was preordered and ready when we walked in! They had set aside the patio for us which was great, servers were great, food was ok... salad was a salad. Kids had a great time and the party turned out great.... def would have another bday party here again!

2 Stars for friendly Service. This is the first Hard Rock We've ever been to that the food was bad. We had the Vegetarian Burgers and they were bland with no flavor. The stacked vegetables were limp and overcooked to sliminess. We didn't finish them. Maybe the cooks were having an off Day but We were disappointed. The Overall Restaurant was clean and the Staff was friendly. Too bad the food wasn't as great!
I liked the place, but it's very expensive. When you spend $4.50 for some fries you expect enough for two people. It was a handful in a small bowl. 7 wings for $13. I realize we were paying for the environment we were sitting in. The waitress was good. Overall, a fun time. The music was not loud at all when we were there and they played one of my all time fave videos. Coincidence? Lol
My sister and I went there for lunch. Had the twisted mac n cheese, very spicy, but great! Awesome waiter! It was our birthday and he made our day! We are twins and came to the mall for the week from Green Bay!
