Stopped in for a couple of beers with some friends. We were the only three at the bar but were ignored for several minutes while the bartender with the dreads talked to other employees. When he finally came to take our order he was looking at an iPad in his hands and never looked up at us directly. He asked us what we wanted in an uninterested monotone and then never came back to check on us. We sat with empty glasses for awhile before another bartender came over to help us. Not impressed with the service.

Enjoyed our visit to Hard Rock Cafe Denver very much. We slipped in just before a business sales meeting took over the first floor, so we had the top floor nearly all to our selves. The food was good and the portions were large, but a bit pricey for burgers and fries. I wouldn't eat there every week, but its always fun to visit the various HRC's to see what unique memorabilia they each have to share. My kids loved it and claim our visit is one of the highlights of our vacation.

Horrible Customer Service! We were told it would be a 45 minute wait with about 6 tables open and just kept getting excuses as to why we couldn't sit.
