The customer service on Saturday afternoon was a bit off. The reason I was given was a earlier rush. We had to ask another server for napkins and refills on our drinks.
Me and my daughter Nikki wete in their yesterday had a blast good service, nice atmosphere clean loved it all the drinks and food was great i give it 4 stars!

Over priced for amount of food you get. Half a breast of chicken with a bowl of mac n cheese. Hamburger was cold and fries over salted. Too many table close together. Obviously you are more concerned with making money serving many people instead of creating a relaxing environment. The waiter could barely move around serving. First time and last time going

Always one of our favorite places to eat while in Denver. Always great service and food. Has the best Salmon Ceaser Salads we have found. Look forward to coming back this Spring.

My daughter & I ate at Denver Hard Rock Cafe on Friday, January 5. The food was very good, but the service was exceptional! Our waitress, Beth, was very attentive and so nice. As well as (I believe) the restaurant manager who stopped at our table to ask how things were going.

It just took too long. We were there for 2 hours. The place was not really that busy. We got right in. Ordered right away, then the waiting began. I have our 14 year old grandson the choice of either Hard Rock or The Spaghetti Factory. It was his decision to go with Hard Rock because he is a guitar man. I asked him on the way home if he could go back and chose again, would he still chose Hard Rock. He said no, he would have chosen the Spaghetti Factory because they are faster.
