Had dinner with a buddy last night. Was told 30 min for a table when there was clearly plenty of open tables. We sat at a table in the bar. Server was friendly and food was good (burger) but took a very long time to come out! My first Hard Rock experience. Not very wowed...

Just had a rough experience at this restaurant. We didn't see our waitress for over 40 minutes. Then asked for a manager twice. Thank you to the manager Kelly. He listened to our frustration and came up with a solution. Thanks for correcting our bad experience.

30 minutes waiting for a table or a place at the bar although plenty of tables and seats were available. 30 minutes for what? Kinda ridiculous and not customer friendly. Grimaldi' next to it wanted my money.

Our server was nice but a bit slow being as it nearly empty inside and outside. Food was good but my club was messed up (asked for no tomatoes, no biggie I picked them off) but it was blamed on kitchen staff only speaking Spanish and our server quipped he should learn the Spanish word for tomatoes so it doesn't happen again.. (I thought that was an odd comment to make to customers) overall good but not the best Hard Rock I've been to! �

We sat outside Saturday at Hard Rock as things were getting busy for dinner about 6:15pm. The 16th St Mall was buzzing!! Justin was our server and was great, along with several others who were looking out for each other as needed like a great restaurant team. i.e. when our food came out, the food runner went back for napkins and silverware that we didn't have, but before he returned, someone else brought it. We sat for 15 minutes without being served. Us and another table ended up walking out on account of the fact that we hadn't been served yet. I can't honestly review the service or the food, as we hadn't received any. It wouldn't be so bad if a six top hadn't been sat at least ten minutes after us and been helped immediately. It felt like we weren't welcome.
