Everything was fine until we went to the downstairs Club. One the bartenders put a ripped $20 in our change. We didn't notice until later so got stuck with a useless $20...
The only bad thing I can say is that the room had no view at all. Big window just to be looking at a wall.
I went to the hard Rock Saturday I loved it. And it's big.I plan on going back one day.The gift shops is great.I did not make it the eating places but I know it would have been good.I hope to have more cash next time for hard Rock and also for the gulf coast for there is so much to do on the coast.Its been years since I been on the gulf coast but I hope it I can go back soon to hard Rock and also go back to the beach.The Sand feels so good to my feet.And I want to try the hard Rock eating places.
Beautiful clean spacious rooms. Perfect check in and check out FUN FUN. only thing the room didn’t have was a refrigerator... good thing we brought coolers for the beach... Otherwise PERFECT
We are staying in the platinum tower only good thing is the pool view, my husband is a truck driver and we travel often. The mattress are hard as hell my back will be hurting for days. As far as customer service we stay at several different casinos this one pool area nobody ask to serve us had to get our own drinks. Pool towel boys to busy laughing & playing amongest themselves to even greet us. Overall we will not be back only good thing was Christina at the cafe awesome waitress.

This was our first stay at this Hotel and it was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and well stocked for our stay. We’ll be back to stay here again.
Security is unprofessional treated people as it wasn't even human being got banned from the establishment for no reason head director of security Andrew Eldredge physically put hands on me for absolutely no reason the words are in Rage used towards me as directed was uncalled for not knowing what I did for this guy to just like me or profile me in any kind of way one thing I'm not is a liar and for what I understood was hard rock establishment is to make their customers feel very welcome this issue will be stressed and pushe... read more
