I absolutely love this place! I’ve have stayed many times, too many too count & have never had a bad experience. The hubby & I just stayed Sunday night & had a great time as usual. Its got everything u could need in one place! It’s perfect for me & the hubby, it’s a nice mini vacay without traveling too far. Also perfect for our girls night, once we get there, no one has to worry about driving, we have a blast every time! I’m already checking the calendar for the next stay!
Would not recommend coming on Sunday to the pool party. We arrived at 10 was told we had to wait till 12 to get in. Finally get in at 12 all IDs checked and paid all bracelets $145 worth to be told with in thirty minutes of being in pool everyone under age had to leave and that our 5 yr old niece couldn’t come swimming due to under age” like she was going to be drinking”. Went to a concert. The staff was amazing. Minus one bartender. Great venue otherwise.

Employees are treated as second class citizens. Salaried managers work 60+ hours a week, yet aren't allowed to call out even if they have to go to the hospital it's counted against them. PTO is consistently denied, even for a death in the family. I would never, ever, recommend anyone try to work here, you will be treated like cattle.

WORSE STAY EVER... Rooms are trash.... Compared to other casino hotels... Booked a VEIW.. my room faces a rooftop... Employees extremely unprofessional.... This hotel is the faster way to throw away a couple hundred... & Thats just the room... The machines are horrible... DONT BOOK THIS... GO TO THE BEAU RIVAGE... THIS IS PURE TRASH...
My mom stayed here last night got horrible service, not only did she pay almost $500 for one night, the people staying next to them were so loud they only got 1 hour sleep and they requested early check in and they would not let them upon arrival, front desk very rude
