Wow. This was disappointing. Quiet Saturday afternoon. Waited at the hostess stand forever. The hostess had no personality. Waited ages for the server. Our food arrived quickly but not our drinks. We were halfway through our app before the beer showed up. This is HRC's birthday and we hoped it would be a party atmosphere. Instead, the staff here is just going through the motions. How hard can it be to find good staff? There are plenty of places to eat on Beale St. I'm a VIP rewards member and I won't be back.

The best food on beal street !
Unbelievably horrible experience. My friends and I have been here for an hour and a half. Barely anyone is in here, yet somehow it's taken forever and a day to get our food to us and never get a refill on drinks. The food we got was cold and quite frankly gross. They kitchen even "forgot" about some of our food. So now we're leaving hungry and agitated and low on time. needless to say, we won't be back. Ever.

Cleanest restaurant on Beale St great food loves all and serves all!
It needs an elevator for people who have trouble climbing stairs to see the rest of the restaurant's memorabilia. I have bad knees and it's hard on me to climb steps.
