WOW!!!! Hard Rock Cafe really messed up this evening and lost a customer. It went all wrong as soon as we walked through the door. Walked in about 6pm on 5/5 with my wife along with our 20 month old Daughter and our 3 month old son. We asked for an outside table ( I counted a total of 16 empty tables outside after we were rejected an outside seat) the hostess said we can't have one because the servers are over worked outside with 5 tables a piece. I am currently in a position where the only way I can go out in public is in a wheelchair, and I am not able to walk. My partner and I tried to go there for dinner yesterday around 5pm. After getting in the door and going to the hostess stand, we were asked how many people and we said 2. There was a female hostess and a male host.
