Food was great, everyone very friendly and our waitress Alicia was awesome.
Came in on sunday use to love this place upon being waited on i got my beverage and waited 45 mins for my meal nobody even asked if i needed anything everybody who came in after me got bigger orders and were served first(I thought first come first serve oh well) when my food FINALLY COMES OUT steak was very salty and was not given ketchup for my fries..I use to like this place until last night Very disturbed by the low level of Customer Service here!!!

Excellent service and atmosphere. Went at night for drinks and then the next day for Hard Rocks Birthday with .71 burgers. Food, and drinks were great both times! This is my 17th Hard Rock!
We went on a Friday night in June & surprisingly the wait wasn’t too bad at all for a table for 3.. The staff were great but I was not as happy with the food as I have been in the past.. I still like the previous location better & it was much cooler

Our waiter was the best. Menu has changed and my husband's favorite Cobb salad is more longer True cobb salad. Over the years they keep taking away many good things Wings were very good.
The food was amazing and our waiter Justin was awesome!
