Food, service & atmosphere were amazing! Our server Alicia was very personable and overall outstanding! If you haven’t been to the new location inside Broadway at the Beach you’re definitely missing out! Would highly recommend to anyone!
Service not up to par and food was not worth $100 bill with no alcohol... Simple family meal.. expected better for moneyl store ladies nice... Great sale items

By far the worst Hard Rock Cafe I’ve ever been to. Not much to chose from to eat. Our server was awful. Aside from taking our order, she didn’t stop to check on us, she would just run by while asking if we were ok. Oh and it was my friends bday and our server just slammed down a sundae as she ran by and mumbled happy birthday. The nicest that she was to us was when she brought the check back after she charged my card. Terrible experience!
