Tristan and I were disappointed with the music and videos played. They played bands we never heard of and every thing seemed to be new age. The food was good and the new restaurant is nice. The gift shop was small for as big as the restaurant is. We of course had to get shirts. I was a little sad to know that the old Hard Rock which was a pyramid was torn down 2 years ago.
The wait would have been 1.5 hours if we hadn’t sat at the bar. The food and drinks were good, but way overpriced. No better than any other burger at any other gourmet burger place. But when you’re on vacation, you’ll do some crazy stuff LOL. Save yourself some money, you’re paying for the name.
We went there yesterday. The souvenir shop is great. But when we dined in, the service were awful. We ordered legendary burger but the hamburger was burnt and another friend got wrong order. When we asked some waiters for something, mostly they said, I'll be right back, give me second, hold on, etc. And it took longer to get back to us or forgot about it.
That was our first time eating there and it was amazing. We loved it and will eat there again when we come back.
The service was okay. Our server messed a few things up but was polite. The food is nothing special and honestly overpriced. Portion of sides are smaller than a typical restaurant. Overall was not thrilled with the experience and would not recommend.
Cool room in a great location. Staff was attentive and friendly.
