Great service love it
We were a party of 30 on aug.15 , we called to see if they could sit us and were expecting a big NO. To our surprise they said come on over ! We got there and our table was ready in like 5 min! We can't express how great our experience was there! They didn't even blink an eye about the kids ! They were so nice and made us so comfortable! Their motto Love all serve all, is so true! Success often yields laziness and that's exactly what has happened with the Hard Rock Cafe on The Riverwalk. Customer service has been extremely poor starting from the check-in guy - no hello, no smile, and most of all no resemblance of decent customer service. Just got seated by the most rudest hostess. Thanks for such a shitty attitude Gabby/Gabriel! If my son didnt want to come here so bad I would of walked out. Our server David was great.
