Limited menu and expensive for what it is. A mark off a bucket list but that's all. Chili's ribs taste better.
So, everything was great until they placed a hot plate in my daughter's hand and gave her a second degree burn. He actually told her to grab it. Hospital has her on antibiotics and pain meds. No swimming for awhile. Did I mention we are on vacation that we saved three years for and we are staying at a water resort. Thanks for the memories and her souvenir burn Hard Rock Cafe.

Great service, today was my first time there, highly satisfied, their burgers are amazing! Visited from Houston.
The Host was drunk and on Something could not get his words out uniform was not clean and his name I am sure was Johnathan. When we finally got our food it was like warm the Host came by to see how we were doing and all we could smell is bear. I have been before and had a great host and one more thing the Host had 2 incidents while we were there 2 different guys came into the restaurant asking him for money he owed them.
Worst Hard Rock I have ever been in! First of all had to ask to order drinks after we waited over 20 minutes. Then when food finally arrived it was cold, we made a complaint and the waitress said she would bring another one out as soon as possible. The food and the manager arrived at the same time she then said I'll let u start and come back. Oscar De Leon was an awesome waiter! Loved everything about the place! Even one of the waitress sat down and took pictures with me but I didn't know how to spell her name but she said Erin I think. Yet it was one of the best services I've had in a long time. You all are awesome!
