Slow service.. floors are very slippery.. ppl were falling down.. won't be going back again
Went for brunch, service was extremely slow. Food was decent but over priced and the mimosas were small as Hell and again over priced for brunch. Had to ask our waiter for my change twice. If it wasn't for the amazing drag show "Drag me to brunch" I probably would go again. My bill was $74.12.
I had a great experience. My server was great, the food was great, and the atmosphere was great! #great
I had such a horrible experience !! Why do your employees look like they haven't bathed in a week or so . It's like the girl @ The merchandise store was working the street instead of the counter . So much make up . Big earrings . There is something not Jiving there ! The food . Well it's over priced and not all that Great !!! I've Been a pin club member and now Rewards member since 2004. Things have gone Down !!!
The Hard Rock Cafe in San Antonio absolutely ROCKS! From the service to the food to the atmosphere we all had a fantastic time!!!
Only decent thing was the music playing. Wife's food was fine my steak was luke warm my mashed potatoes were stone cold I mean how do you fuck up mash?? Sever was trying to be friendly but was trying too hard meals took an age to be served and he went missing on more than one occasion, obviously he had more tables but hey it was too long. All in all my 2nd visit to this HRC it's definitely gonna be my last pretty poor all round really

I am thoroughly disappointed in Hard Rock San Antonio. We had dinner reservations tonight for 10 and were turned away. They "forgot" they had a private party. They tried to call 20 minutes before our reservation. I had called twice today to confirm our reservation and add two more people. They offered to buy us lunch tomorrow, but our conference ends early and everyone has to go home. I believe I would have found a private room. The General Manager was less than accommodating. We had a drunk lady pass out right at our table. 911 called she threw up right beside my husband. We were in SA for a concert not a great experience at hard rock.waiter was great. Manager comped our meal. The manager came up to us and apologized saying she came in drunk that's why he only served her one beer...um you probably should of denied her service just saying!
